Pichon Comtesse 2023 En Primeur offer is actually, reasonably well priced.  When including costs of storage, it's still lower than similar quality vintages over many years.  Interestingly for Pichon Comtesse, it hadn't been rated all that well for the bonafide "Vintages of the Century", and even when factoring in for Ratings Inflation, older vintages don't have comparative value, other than the opportunity cost of putting the money in the bank for all those years.  For example, 2005 looks relatively cheap, however in recent tasting notes it's been disappointing, and the market seems to have repriced it accordingly. Could re-rating happen in the future with 2023, it is after all, not a great vintage? That being said, for buyers in this campaign, I think this offer price is attractive.
